Colonel Grey reports the result of a discussion at Buckingham Palace on the 6th June between Prince Albert, Lord Derby and Mr Disraeli, regarding Disraeli having decided to go to the House once the Surplus Report is signed for a vote in aid of the purchase of land. He also advised in the meantime to set a loan from the Bank of England of £150,000 on future purchases.
