      Translated letter from Herr Gottstein, of the Cologne Engine Building Company' to Herr Breigleb, and forwarded to Messrs. Howard 'with request to give their opinion'. Gottstein reports that they have had issues with the cultivator not being able to work deep enough with an 8 horse power engine. They provide details of tests they have undertaken and state that they believe the fault is with the cultivator and not their engine. They request that they matter be 'thoroughly inquired into'.
