Memorandum written by Sir Robert Peel, addressed to Edward Driver, providing him with instructions as to how to proceed with the offer of purchase from Queen Victoria and Prince Albert for the Osborne estate. He instructs Mr Driver to ascertain whether Lady Isabella Blachford would be willing to let the property for a year before an offer of purchase was to be made.
