Letter from Sir Robert Peel to Prince Albert in reply to this previous letter regarding his [and Queen Victoria's] conditions of purchase for Osborne estate (see VIC/MAIN/F/21/20). He reports that he has lost no time in communicating the offer to Mr Driver and encloses a copy of the memorandum he has sent to him (see VIC/MAIN/F/21/22).
