Letter from William Hookham Carpenter, the Keeper of Prints and Drawings at the British Museum, to Dr. Ernst Becker returning a facsimile of a Raphael drawing.

Carpenter thanks Becker for sending him a facsimile of a Raphael drawing; he returns it with a tracing (not present) from a similar sketch in the museum. He adds that he was flattered by the Prince Consort's praise for the exhibition of prints and drawings at the museum.
