Sir James Graham encloses police reports from Ireland and a letter from Lord De Grey. He explains the precautions being taken to deal with disorders in Ireland, including sending ships to Cork. He also writes that he has suggested to the Lord Lieutenant that the lieutenants of Irish counties return to their respective counties.
