Sir James Graham refers to the accounts from the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland and the belief that arms have been sent from Birmingham to Ireland. He also refers to [Daniel] O'Connell's entry into Cork yesterday and his meeting in Tipperary tomorrow as well as the possibility of disorders.
