Bingham writes from The Hague, saying that he is there on business and has his photographic apparatus with him. He has heard of the collection of Raphael drawings at Haarlem and wonders whether the Prince Consort would like him to photograph them. He had expected to see Ruland in Paris regarding the Reiset [Louvre] and other drawings but has not heard from him. He hopes Ruland has received the photographs of the collection in Lille.
