      Prince Albert informs Lord Aberdeen that Queen Victoria is concerned about the news of affairs in Brussels and asks him to speak to Baron Stockmar on the matter. Includes a note written by Prince Albert that states that this letter refers to the 'conspiracy at Gent'.
