Lord Haddington writes that himself, Sir William [Hall] Gage, Captain Gordon and [Henry Thomas Lowry] Corry all embarked on the Royal Yacht 'Victoria & Albert' for her trials. He writes that they went to Chatham and returned to Blackwall. He discusses their thoughts on the yacht and mentions Sir Edward Parry's admiration for the engines.
