Letter from Lord Derby to Prince Albert reporting that he has communicated with Lord John Manners regarding the proposed reconstruction of Westminster Bridge, and that he and Sir Charles Barry are in favour of keeping the existing site. Derby also mentions that he has forwarded Her Majesty's commands for the Duke of Northumberland's attendance.
