      Lord Aberdeen writes that Count [Karl Robert] Nesselrode wishes to pay his respects to Queen Victoria before leaving England. He also advises Queen Victoria to write to the Emperor [Nickolas I] on the death of [his daughter] the Grand Duchess [Alexandra].
