Letter from James Hudson, of the Royal Agricultural Society, to Colonel Grey, forwarding the society's gratitude to Prince Albert for his plans regarding the utilisation of town sewage for the purposes of agriculture. He also mentions the Council's decision to appoint Lord Portman to carry out a trial of the plan and report back on his findings.
