Dr Hawtrey presents the results of the examination for Prince Albert's prizes at Eton College. Included are a list of individuals 'Best in the aggregate of both languages, German and French' namely Whymper, Marsh, Richards, Beamont, Stratton, Dugdale and Duckworth. The examiners are noted as Professor Barnays and Professor Fasche.
