An engraving, described by Ruland (1876) as by Jacob Bos, after the fresco Jacob's dream painted by the workshop of Raphael (c.1517-19) in the vault of the sixth bay of the Raphael Loggia in the Vatican. Lettered 'Rafael.Urbin.Inventor' and 'iac.b.b.icid'. See 853463 for another version of this print, also lettered with Bos's name, and with variations. Trimmed along all edges.
