A photograph of a drawing formerly in the collection of Mr Paravey in Paris, attributed with reserve by Ruland (1876) to one of the Carracci brothers. The drawing is copied from the tapestry of 'The Stoning of St Stephen', one from a set of ten tapestries commissioned by Pope Leo X for the Sistine Chapel.
