Three men sacrificing a pig
published 1803Etching | 12.7 x 14.2 cm (sheet of paper) | RCIN 854620
For a similar print by Adamo Ghisi, which could have been the source for this print, see RCIN 854619. The print by Ghisi was catalogued by Bartsch as after a drawing by Giulio Romano. This drawing (now lost) was related to an ancient sculpture in the National Archaeological Museum, Naples, although most probably derived from a gem of the same subject (see Bibliographic References).
