Photograph of two sergeants of the 8th Hussars having a drink. They stand facing each other with the man to the right pouring a drink into his companion's glass. They are both wearing military uniform and carry riding crops. There is open ground behind them and a small dog lying at their feet. This photograph, printed by Jabez Hughes in 1883, is a carbon print pasted over the original photograph.
