Photograph which is one of five sections of a panoramic picture of the Plains of Balaklava. The others in the series are 2500473, 2500474, 2500475 and 2500476. The photograph shows open land with hills behind, with small tents spread across them. There are several large rocks in the foreground.
The Battle of Balaklava was fought in this area of the Crimea.
