Photograph of Lieutenant-General Sir Edward Walter Forestier Walker seated with his head turned slightly to the right. He is wearing military uniform with epaulets, a belt and three medals. He is holding a sword in his right hand and a pair of gloves in his left. This photograph, printed by Jabez Hughes in 1883, is a carbon print pasted over the original photograph.

Lieutenant-General Sir Edward Walter Forestier Walker commanded the 1st Battalion Scots Fusilier Guards during the Crimean War and was badly wounded at the Battle of Inkerman.
