Photograph of five Croat labourers gathered in a group. One man sits on the ground facing left and another stands behind him holding a stick, with the other three sitting around them. They are all wearing coats and headscarves. Behind them are buildings and people. This photograph, printed by Jabez Hughes in 1883, is a carbon print pasted over the original photograph.
