Photograph of a full length portrait of Princess Louise, later Duchess of Argyll (1848-1939), standing, facing three-quarters to the left. She looks slightly towards the camera. She holds a small posy of flower with both hands in front of her waist. There is a plinth in front of her, on which sits a plumed hat and a striped shawl. There is a balustrade behind her on which sits a floral arrangement.
