    Arched gilt metal strut frame with an inscription reading: VICTORIA ALBERT/ 1860. The border is chased and pierced with scrolling foliage. The frame contains a hand-coloured photograph of Queen Victoria (1819-1901) and Prince Albert (1819-61). Prince Albert is seated with a book on his lap. Queen Victoria stands behind him.
