The photograph is accompanied by a caption: 'ABRAHAM- DURTY AND OBEDIENCE. ABRAHAM, after the Sacrifice, brings Isaac back to his mother, and the Angel utters the word, "Now I know that you fearest God; thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son, from me."'
