Photograph of a fountain within the courtyard of Linlithgow Palace in Linlithgow, West Lothian. The fountain consists of two tiers with a narrower, central column in the centre. In the right of the background can be seen the main arched entrance. Black marks in the lower right corner of the print from the negative.

The fountain in Linlithgow Palace was added by King James V (1512-42), who was also born in the Palace.
