Photograph of a panel from 'The Trinity Altarpiece'. The panel depicts James III kneeling, with Saint Andrew standing behind. In the background the future James IV kneels. The painting is photographed in a frame. There is a metal plaque attached to the bottom of the frame, containing citation information.

At the time of the photograph, the panel was attributed to Jan Gossaert, or Jan Mabuse. The work is now attributed to Hugo van der Goes. The panels were lent to the 1857 Manchester Exhibition by Queen Victoria. The work is held by the Royal Collection, RCIN 403260.
