Letter from the Hon. Sidney Herbert to General Grey giving permission for a picture at Wilton to be photographed.

Herbert writes that both he and his brother are happy for the picture [by Raphael] at Wilton to be photographed for the Prince Consort. He encloses a pamphlet (not present) on 'The Sanitary Condition of the Army' which he asks Grey to give to the Prince.
