Letter from J.C. Robinson to Charles Ruland saying that the Prince Consort will probably be able to purchase photographs of all the Raphael drawings sold at the recent Woodburn sale.

14 Jun 1860

Loose manuscript paper; mounted | 1 document (4 pages) (whole object) | RA VIC/ADDA10/85/118

Robinson writes that he is arranging to have the Raphael drawings recently sold at the Woodburn sale photographed at his museum's expense, and is confident that all the purchasers will allow this; the negatives will be added to the selling stock, so that the Prince will be able to buy whatever prints he would like to add to his collection.
