A photograph of a drawing by Raphael (c.1501-02) currently housed in the Musée du Louvre, Paris (inv. no.1395). The drawing may be a study for a lost or never executed altarpiece by Raphael. Ruland (1876) listed the drawing as being then in the collection of M. Timbal, Paris.

The photograph shows the full-length Virgin, seated on a throne, holding a book with her right hand and with the Christ Child on her lap, who looks up at the book with his hands clasped in prayer; the Virgin and Child are flanked by st Sebastian at left and St Roch at right.
