An etching possibly after a painting now in the collection of the Earl of Pembroke, Wilton House, Wiltshire (see Bibliographic References). With the blind stamp of Jean Baptist Glomy on the mount (Lugt 1119).

The composition of the painting reproduced in this print shows similarities with Raphael's so-called Madonna dei Garofani (or Madonna of the Pinks), a painting now in the National Gallery, London (inv. no.NG 6596). See RCIN 850738 for a print reproducing the painting.

Showing the seated Virgin holding the Christ Child seating on a cushion on her knees and offering her a rose; in an interior.
