A photograph of a pen and ink drawing by Raphael (c.1501-02) now in the Louvre (inv. no.3855r), showing a motif close to the Solly Madonna, with which it has in fact been associated (See Bibliographic References). The photographed drawing has also been related to another Louvre drawing by Raphael (inv. no.RF 1395r). see RCIN 850635 for a photograph of the Solly Madonna.
