A colour aquatint reproducing a drawing attributed to a follower of Raphael now in the Gabinetto Disegni e Stampe degli Uffizi, Florence (inv. no.528E). Lettered with attribution of the drawing to Raphael and production details. Published in S. Mulinari, Disegni originali d'eccellenti pittori esistenti nella Real Galleria di Firenze..., 1774, pl.IV, no.14. A photograph of the drawing at RCIN 851202.

The print shows the Virgin, seated three-quarter to the left, holding a book with her left hand and supporting the Christ Child with her right, who sits on her knees.
