A photograph of a drawing by Raphael (c.1504-11) formerly in the Musée Wicar, Lille, and now in the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Lille (inv. no.464).

Ruland (1876) connected the drawing with the figure of the Christ Child in the so-called Large Cowper Madonna (1508), a painting by Raphael now in the National Gallery, Washington DC (inv. no.25). The drawing is now generally associated with different Raphael’s Madonnas, including the Large Cowper Madonna and the Mackintosh Madonna (see RCINs 850810 and 850839).
