Report made at Prince Albert's behest, by Henry Cole and Francis Fuller, into the willingness of manufacturers and others to support the idea of an exhibition. This was the result of visits made by Cole and Fuller to manufacturing districts, towns and cities. The report includes a list of the supporters and subscribers in each town and city.
