Copy of 2 letters concerning the Albert Hall scheme including the raising of support for the scheme, the importance to the Commission of the Horticultural Gardens and the Albert Hall, the fact that the Commission are only being asked for the site, although individual commissioners would be asked for their support, and reporting on the sale of seats with the possibility of the Commission purchasing some of them.
