Letter concerning negotiations with the Society of Arts with regard to the Exhibition of 1862 and the power of the Commission to organise another exhibition. Includes a footnote that two of the demands made by the Society of Arts have been accepted but that the Commission cannot agree to a Society of Arts nominated body having the right to organise an exhibition on the estate in 1872.
