Colonel Lloyd's reports from Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. Reference is also made to Doncaster, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds, Leicester, Nottingham, Paisley, Wakefield, York, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sheffield and to the idea from Birmingham of attaching the manufacturers' names to exhibits. Mention of a lecturer, and possible Chartist, W. Warren, who was holding meetings and pretending to be a Commissioner.
