Letter concerning additional Vice Presidents for the Albert Hall, possible land for the Royal Academy near the Hall, asking whether Scott is making an entrance to the catacomb's beneath the monument and mentioning possible links between the Hall and the Society of Arts, the Sacred Harmonica Society and the Art Union. Enclosing a letter from the Electro Plate Works and a memorandum relating to the Royal Academy of Arts (see RC/H/1/20/67-68).
