Letter concerning the removal of the Exhibition of 1862 buildings, receipt of the Government vote (some of which was used to pay off the Commission's mortgages), the giving of the title of the land to the Government, Hunt's report into the cost of completing the arcades, the financial position of the Horticultural Society and their inability to pay their rent, railway schemes which would pass over the estate and the location of the Patent Museum.
