Letter in answer to the deputation of of provincial municipal representatives. Explains the Commission's original plans which included selling part of their land to the Government for the building of a science museum. The Commission reject the request to sell their estate and use the money to support provincial museums. They point to the number of men from the provinces studying near the estate. They have resolved to use their funds to support scholarships to men from the manufacturing areas.
