Letter containing an update on the Kensington Estate. Cole is hopeful that the Patent Museum will move to the site, the Animal Products may move to the South Arcades, the National Portrait Gallery have refused to move to the site, Colonel Scott is to act as Cole's assistant despite opposition from the Horticultural Society Council.
