Memorandum submitting to Queen Victoria letters concerning the resumption of friendly relations between the Commissioners and the Royal Horticultural Society. Ponsonby's view is that the Royal Horticultural Society will not be able to hold the Horticultural Gardens at South Kensington for much longer.
