Copy of a letter stating that Prince Albert has no objections to Mr Whatman being allowed to break the line of houses by a crossroads, and discussing the possible move of the East India Collection to South Kensington, suggesting they build on the east side of the gardens opposite those to be built by the British Museum on the west.
