Memorandum recording a conference at Osborne between Prince Albert and Messrs Dilke, Redgrave, Bowring and Cole, concerning the London and North Western Railway, the Horticultural Society request to occupy the garden ground, the layout of the central quadrangle including space for the 1861 Exhibition [1862 Exhibition] and a reserve fund for the 1861 Exhibition.
