Copy of minutes of a meeting at Osborne House between Prince Albert, Henry Cole and Francis Fuller, in which the financial arrangements are detailed including the use of a loan contractor and the nature of receipts to the exhibition viz subscriptions, rents of stalls, visitors and Prince Albert states that he will give an authority to Cole, Fuller and Scott Russell for them to visit the manufacturing states.
