(115) Lord Cowley, HM Minister at Frankfurt, to Stafford Northcote transmitting copies of enclosures regarding his communication with the Central Federal Commission in Germany, and from the Minister of the Duke of Nassau stating that the Commissioners were to communicate with the Duchy of Nassau through the President of the Chamber of Commerce. (115i) Copy of despatch from Wintzingerode to Lord Cowley informing him that the Chamber of Commerce of the Duchy of Nassau would be responsible for organising communication between the "industry" of Nassau and the Commission. (115ii) Copy of a despatch from Lord Cowley to local governments. providing information about the Exhibition and the space allotted to Germany in the building. (115iii) Copy of a despatch from the Commissioners to the Federal Commission regarding the space allotted to Germany in the Exhibition building.
