(150) H.M. Addington, Foreign Office, to Stafford Northcote transmitting copies of a despatch and its enclosure from W. Temple, HM Minister in Naples reporting that a local commission had been formed in Naples. (150i) Letter from W. Temple, to Lord Palmerston, regarding a note from Canaliere Fortunato, informing him that the Sicilian majority had appointed a local commission. (150ii) Translation of the note recieved by W. Temple., from Cabaliere Fortunato.
