(15) Lord Eddisbury, Foreign Office, to Stafford Northcote transmitting copies of two despatches from HM Ministers at Berlin and Dresden concerning the publicising of the Exhibition. (15i) Copy of a letter from F. Forbes to Lord Palmerston, confirming receipt of information regarding the proposed Exhibition. (15ii) Copy of a letter from HM Minister at Berlin. Also enclosing copies of two depatches written in French, one from the Minister of the Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Strelitz and the other from the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Duke of Anhalt-Dessau & Köthen.
