    (5) Thomas Birks, Mayor and Chairman of the Sheffield Committee, to Stafford Northcote transmitting a copy of a Resolution of the Sheffield Executive Committee requesting full particulars about the Exhibition. (5i) Copy of resolution from a meeting of the Sheffield Executive Committee, that their Chairman would write to the Commissioners requesting an interview so that "the details relative to the intended Exhibition should be made known to them...".
