Sir James Graham refers to the proposed repeal meeting with Daniel O'Connell at Covent Garden Theatre. He writes that if the proprietors of the theatre persist in allowing the meeting to go ahead, the law advisers are against the revocation of the Royal Patent of Covent Garden Theatre.
